Men's Organic Tudor Executioner Shirt with Front and Back Images
This shirt depicts the grim executioner around the time that England ceased to be Merry Old England under Henry VIII. Our original illustrations were hand drawn after painstaking pictorial research. Thomas More, Bishop John Fisher, Thomas Cromwell, and Anne Boleyn's falsely accused "lovers," among others, all climbed a wooden scaffold to face such an executioner, axe, block, and crowd of spectators (and the crowd was sometimes sympathetic to the condemned, sometimes not).
Front and back images were screen printed by hand on a 100% organic cotton T-shirt.
